Store Help - Guild Wars Forums

Ok I pressed the enter to enter the store on the char selection screen and all it says is connecting and then it say's erro code=something. Is there something special I had to download in order to get into the store or am i just not going to get in. Any help is very appreciated.

You're just not getting in, possibly the server is simply being overworked. Try again later.

I haven't been able to get in at all so far.

The very first time I tried I was asked to make an account, I didn't since I didn't feel like it at the time - ever since that I only get 'connecting'.

I got this to start with, I had to create a new account, which, you may have to do also just for the store, afterwhich, i was able to look around the shop.

I have the same issue, it sits on "connecting" forever until it times out.

If i cancel and retry immediately I get the message "Your transaction is still going through, please try again later". - even though I have no transaction taking place as I haven't seen a thing to purchase......
